**The T-bar at Purden Ski Village is not operational for the 2025/2026 season. For beginner learners, Friends of Purden Ski and Outdoors Society highly recommends new skiers and snowboarders first take a lesson at the Hart Ski Hill in Prince George, BC before registering for a lesson at Purden Ski Village**

  • Our team of PSIC-certified ski instructors are available for bookings upon request on Purden Ski Village operating days.

    Private Lesson (no rental equipment or lift ticket):

    • $60/hour

    Semi-Private Lesson (2-5 people):

    • $50/hour

    • $40/hour for each additional person

    Beginner Ski Lesson Includes (depending on skill level):

    • Equipment familiarization

    • Warm-up

    • Mobility

    • Snowplow (stopping)

    • Turning

    Intermediate Ski Lesson Includes (depending on skill level):

    • Warm-up

    • Snowplow (stopping)

    • Turning

    • Chair Lift access (green/blue runs)

    Advanced Ski Lesson Includes (depending on skill level):

    • Warm-up

    • Chair Lift access (green/blue/black runs)

    • Turning

    • Parallel turning

    • Skier development

  • Our team of CASI-certified snowboard instructors are available for lessons upon request on Purden Ski Village operating days.

Lesson Packages & Booking

  • Learn to Ski/Snowboard

    $105.00

    Our Learn To Ski/Snowboard packages are designed for the absolute beginner or first-time skier/rider.

    These packages include a group lesson that starts at 10:00 am sharp; it is recommended to arrive at Purden Ski Village at least 30 minutes in advance to pick up rental equipment.

    This lesson package includes; rental gear (ski/snowboard, boots, helmet), a lift pass, and a group lesson.
